Concierge Inc ("Company," "we," "us") is a Florida C-corporation headquartered on the Emerald Coast, Florida. We build Mya, a patent-pending speech-to-speech AI agent platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website (meetmya.ai), our AI agent services, or submit information through our forms.

Information You Provide Directly: When you fill out a form on our website (Book a Demo, Apply for Early Access, Investor Inquiry, or Contact forms), we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry, and any additional details you provide. This information is submitted through Netlify Forms and stored on Netlify's servers.
Account Information: If you access our property management portals or our mobile app (Guest, Owner, or Admin), authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. We store your email, display name, and role in our Supabase database. Vendors are not given accounts at all — vendors reach their work through expiring single-purpose links, and we hold no vendor password.
Voice Conversation Data: When you interact with Mya through our live demo, our deployed services, or our mobile app, your voice audio is processed by our speech-to-speech AI system. On mobile this uses your device's microphone, and only while you have started a conversation. Conversations may be recorded and stored for quality assurance, system improvement, and to provide our services. Voice data is processed through third-party AI infrastructure providers. We also store a written transcript of these conversations so you can search your own history; the transcript persists even where the audio does not.
Location Information (mobile app only): If you allow it, the app reads your device's precise location while the app is open, in order to offer the property you are standing in or the local place you are visiting. It is used at the moment you ask and is not tracked in the background, not stored as a location history, and never used for advertising. You may decline this permission and the app continues to work — you simply choose from a list instead.
Property and Business Data: For deployed clients, property information, knowledge base entries, booking data, and operational data are stored in our Supabase database. This data belongs to you and is used exclusively to power your Mya deployment.
Automatically Collected Information: We collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through Netlify's built-in analytics.
SMS Consent: If you tick the optional SMS consent box on our vendor application, we store that you consented and the date and time you did so, alongside the mobile number you provided. If you leave the box unchecked we store that too, and you are not sent text messages. Consent is never inferred from any other choice you make, and is never required to apply, to be approved, or to receive work.
We use collected information to provide and improve our AI agent services, respond to demo requests and inquiries, process applications for Early Access, communicate with you about our services, maintain and secure our platform, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, use your business data to train AI models for other customers, share your property or operational data with competitors, or use your voice data for purposes unrelated to providing our services.
SMS consent and mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing described in this policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Our database uses row-level security policies, and every application endpoint verifies both who you are and which business you belong to before returning data. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
For enterprise and property management deployments: your data lives in your environment. We do not access your operational data except to provide technical support when requested. Your knowledge base, guest conversations, and business data are private and secured.
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Netlify (website and application hosting, form processing), Supabase (database and authentication), ElevenLabs (conversational voice AI), Google Maps Platform (place lookup, when you ask about somewhere nearby), and Stripe (subscription billing for property owners). Each operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We do not process payments between property owners and their contractors. When an owner approves a contractor's invoice in our product, we record that approval and nothing more — the owner pays their contractor directly, and no such payment passes through us.
Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Conversations with Mya are kept as part of the property's records — they are what a maintenance request, an incident or a question about your stay is based on. We do not delete them on a schedule. Your access to your own conversation history ends when your stay does. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, as described below. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@meetmya.ai.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of marketing communications, and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@meetmya.ai.
Account deletion: to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, email hello@meetmya.ai from the address on the account, or write to us at the address below. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deleting an account removes your login, your profile, and your conversation transcripts. Property and booking records that we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons are retained in a form that is no longer linked to you.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
